Hi Mindy, I cant open the measurement instruction. I measured Cappys halter and it is 25.5 over the poll to the rings (not including rings) and the halter nose is a tad under 21. This halter is adjustable and on the second from the tightest hole at the pole and about the middle hole on the nose. He wears a "large mini" in the Weaver halters.
If you want his actually head measurement like for a bridle, I can get that too My husband chose dark green for his color.
