Pepperhill Miniatures started as a way to let my young daughters (4 and 5 yrs. at the time) be involved with horses. I bought 3 mares. We now have 14! The miniature horse has done wonderful things for my daughters confidence and sense of responsibility. We don't get to as many shows as I would like, but we usually enter 2 or 3 a year. We take our minis to parades, birthday parties and retirement centers. We have between 1 and 10 foals per year and my daughters attend every one. We also have 7 riding horses, 1 mini donkey, 1 mini mule, 2 bucket calves, 4 cats, 7 dogs, exotic pheasants, peafowl, and ducks. I am so glad to have found this forum!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, marguarita in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "Wooo Hooo what a ride!!"
