    Nursing home visit

    Bless you for taking the time to go visit. I know the residents were thrilled. We have taken some of our horses to the nursing home. Didn't give rides but the residents were so full of joy just getting to see and pet them.

    Put in Electric & Water Lines over weekend

    We had water installed to our barn just recently, can hardly wait for winter. Even have a sink in the tack room with hot water. I have washed so many feeders, brushes etc. It is so nice not to have to take everything to the house to wash.

    Reserve National Champion!!!!Dillon

    Dwarfism

    Our only foal this year is a dwarf. We were concerned with the quality of his life. He had very crooked rear legs and had them in casts when he was a week old. Spike is now five months and gets around good on his crooked little legs. As long as he doesn't seem to be in pain he has a forever...

    Foal with the runs

    In addition to that, someone told me to use "Boudreaux's Butt Paste" on their little behinds to help keep the runs from burning him. I haven't needed it since I heard that but it makes sense. I now have a jar just in case anyone gets the runs.
