    So our new ferrier is great, and is the only one who will come out here! Problem is he has a 6 horse minimum charge at $40 per horse. We only have 3 so either pay $80 per horse or get 3 more horses! Soooo, 3 more it is!

    We actually purchased it last August! We started on 3 acres about an hour south of Gainesville. Good thing they were all donated because you don even want to know what the wire is going to cost!

    These are a few recent donations we received to start installation of the underground utilities. Who would have thought that the 1000 feet of 3in electrical conduit would cost $4000 MORE then the brand new mini excavator!
