I have mini donkeys and it is required by the registry to microchip them. I didn’t foal them I bought them and the seller chipped them. It looks to be a very easy process and I’ve seen the stuff for sale on different vet supply web sites.

I finally got my order today. It’s smaller than what I told them to make it, but good craftsmanship. I’m going to take a picture of it with measurements and send to them and talk with them about it, but I think it’ll look ok.

I have used electric fence in the past,bu only around the perimeter. I don’t think that I would try to use it to keep mares and stallions separated. I’d be afraid that they would try to intermingle and get rapped up in it. Supposedly it should ground out if that happens but I’m not a real...

I have mini donkeys. I feed free choice hay in the winter and mabe a double hand full of 12% cheapest they have sweet feed. In the summer they are always on pasture and the sweet feed depends on the amount of “work “ they are getting.
