Welcome to the forum. Id also say she has a little while to go yet. Keep a close eye on her udder for further development. In the last udder photo it looks as though it is just starting to develop an udder.

Some use the "Bellie lift" to strengthen their backs, cant say I have ever noticed a pregnant mare do it more than a horse in general.

I'm still very sorry for your loss also. When we lost a foal at 10 days old earlier this year the Vet also told me to just let her udder be and that it would decrease by itself, to which it did. The best from of medicine for your little mare is to be with her friends, lots of walks TLC etc. for...
