I am sending you all the rain you need , sorry everyone seems to be experiencing a heat wave. I love the hot weather ( don't really have a choice here in Oz) but some rain every few days in summer here would be greatly appreciated :) Minimor, I hope you are able to source some hay soon.

I'm always asking for a picture standing directly behind the mare. The reason I ask for this is to determine how the foal is currently positioned or "riding" as some say. Many mares don't show a true "V" shape when the foal drops into position for delivery but the sides of the mare do change ...

Hows everyones weather fairing ? We had a ripper weekend here , we had sunshine and it got to 18 degrees. Was the first time we have had sunny days in so long :)

I use "Equivizor" here , it has a foam piece throughout the top part of the mask and seems to help fit them all better.

Usually at about 6-7 months , ive been able to feel movement. The attached video is just gut movement from her eating :)

Agree with Taz, you know her better than anyone, so go with your gut feeling. Seeing as though she was with the stud well into sept, she may not have taken until the end of their time together. Many pregnancies are going well over due dates too.

I agree with Taz, going by her udder you have a little time yet. Saying this, she may not produce one until foaling , so best thing is keep watching her like a hawk. Considering she is a rescue and your not too sure of her foaling pattern , your doing great :) Keep us posted on her progress &...
