    Farm? Acreage? Town House?

I'm on just under 11 acres, brought it as a market garden in 2007 and have been transforming it ever since. I currently have 1 dog, 4 minis (possibly two are pregnant) & 3 full size horses ( 1 x def pregnant) & two weanlings. Currently looking to add ( SAID EVERY HORSE OWNER EVER) 🤣 one riding...

Taz I've seen mares look much less pregnant than this that were actually in foal. 🤞🤞🤞🤞 How has she been over the weekend ? :)

No perfectly normal towards the end of a horses pregnancy, that the owners eyes start to do funny things. :) Was she only bred on the one cycle ?

She is certainly starting to drop. Her udder staying the same means you really dont have much longer. I would be surprised if she makes you wait another 3 weeks :)

If she starts to wax, general rule of thumb is 24-48 hours until foaling. Id also watch for changes to her behavior, restlessness, butt rubbing, biting at sides etc.

    Horses licking maple tree

I have over 30 Red Maple trees that line my driveway. This time of the year I have to create makeshift paddocks for a month whilst they drop their leaves. I'm constantly on the leaf vacuum at the moment, trying to keep the leaves away. My minis would certainly have consumed the odd few leaves...

Shes progressing perfectly :) I dont think you will have much longer to wait at all !!! Shes got a great udder , if anything, Id watch for the center line to disappear. She hasn't dropped completely, but she is definitely not as wide as she was. Best of luck for a safe foaling :)

    Are My Mini Donkeys Bred?

Hey Abby , Elizabeth is spot on, Donkeys seem to carry much longer than minis. There was a lady on here a few years ago who bred Donkeys, I remember her saying mini pregnancies were much easier to deal with than donkey pregnancies. I would recommend treating them as if they are both pregnant...

    My Mare is Possibly Pregnant.

From the udder Pic on the 1st March to the latest one, I can see some swelling in her nipples. So if I am to "Guess", I would say you have some time left. When you are taking pictures , can you try and get "the one" where standing from behind that looks at her Butt. The is the most obvious "to...

Could I get some opinions please

Ditto to what Maryann has written above , much less movement towards the end of the last trimester. I would be very worried if there was an increase in movement. Did you manage to get a pic Taz ? :)
