Can those who have the small and big ones measure the holes, I am courious to know what the hole size is on both. Also just how big each one is, I would like to get some to hang in the shelters but need to know the hole size and just how big they are tall and wide. Please. Thanks in advance. Jan

What about the goat panels, they are strong, and I just measured the one panel I have, ( got it in a mess of used cow panels ) the holes are 4x4 and look small enough for a mini to get hay trough but not get stuck like the bigger cow panels. Not sure what the welding panels are you are talking...
