    No have not been on the forum in a while. We have hoof tested. The vet was wondering about an abscess high up but never thought about the shoulders or higher up. I'm not asking for medical advice just other ideas or experiences.

    I'm not sure if it laminitis, founder or a sprain. He's a 30" 3 year old stud. He has been stalled for a week. There is no swelling or heat yet he is dead dog lame and not bearing any wieght on it. The vet was up yesterday and is not sure. He has had no major diet switch.

    My dad takes the spare tire and a trailer tire off our horse trailer and puts in on a jack on the one side. So this is great method to deter theft of a trailer. We take the tires with us.

    Don't Blame Bush For Katrina

    I think the biggest thing that bothers me about Katrina is people keep saying it should not have happened. Well it happened you cannot control mother nature. I mean natural disasters happen. Life will return to normal. Yes it is tragic that all those people died.
