    Hoof question--thrush??

White line disease. Drip in some hoof treatment but be careful about digging too aggressively at the white line because you could push it further up into the hoof.

    Broodmare has hives!

Ask your vet. They may be able to prescribe hydroxyzine or something to make her more comfortable. Poor thing. If you can figure out what is causing the allergic reaction, that would be helpful too.

How to teach a 2 week old filly to stop kicking

I don't like horses turning their butt to me in the first place... They should always be watching me and being respectful. I'd discipline her the minute she started to turn around... If she runs away and faces me, we'd be good again. I get to walk around to a horse's rump... But they better...

Name something you grow really well in your vegie garden & whats the secret behind it ?

    miniature team driving

You can certainly drive any sort of horse hooked to any other sort of horse. However, it is far more pleasurable to drive horses that are matched in stride, forward-ness and temperament!

AMHR Show question: Model Mare and Amatuer

Model is intended to be a "quick" (no trotting or anything) conformation class so exhibitors can see how a judge likes the horses set up and the "type" of halter horse they like. Conformation only. If an A horse measures over, yes you just swap their classes to the over classes. For amateur...
