Hayley it isn't so much her nipples as the total lack of wrinkles in the second pic, the changes can be hard for newbies to see that is why we insist on pics. If you look closely you can see that in the second pic she has a distinct two sides to her udder as it is starting to fill. post the...
The only experience I have in this situation was last year when one of my girls bagged up really fast and foaled 6 weeks early ( due date was exact as she was hand bred) the foal did ok but he needed a lot of help getting started.
I think you need to check all other signs to see if she is close...
Mary can you give Zorro a big kiss from me too
Sara that new avatar is just fab, you feel free to keep sharing your gorgeous babies cause I am just loving it.

Thanks, that first shot is perfect, take one exactly the same in a few days so we can compare Baby is still riding high so you have a little while to go ( but we all know how fast they can change) so carry on keeping a close eye on her.

Oh no, I am sorry to here that. I know just how upsetting and frustrating that feels Good luck getting Babe back in shape, will you breed her to Willie again?
Please keep in touch as we would love to follow her progress.
Sending hugs
Thanks ladies, I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. I will dig out the photos of how it looked when I bought it so you can see the difference. The floors downstairs were dirt as this is where they kept the animals (probably goats and a cow or 2) upstairs were wood but far too unsafe...
Wow Cassie that drawing is just beautiful! You are so clever
It would be great if Penny could have a friend on the journey, perhaps you could ask the breeder if anyone near you is sending a horse up that you could take. I always try to travel with my horses to make sure they are safe as Anna...
Our summer has hit hard and fast and we are melting here. Isn't it amazing how we can all chat daily about our chores even though we are all miles away. I hope to move up to the mountain house soon now the kids are home, the climate is so much better there even though it really isn't that far...
