Halter off... Got bit... Bites hard!!

When I got my first mini mare, she wanted nothing to do with me. When we picked he up, the little boy that lived there actually warned us about the crazy horse. I just spent time with her, she didnt really have a biting problem, every now and then she'd try to nip, but I'd push her head away. I...

How do you disinfect your plastic stock tanks?

I'm gonna try that! Ours get so dirty, especially with lake water I hate having to use it, but were renting a barn and have no choice. Plus the pump keeps messing up.

    Driving Boots

I have just recently got my pony driving, and I need to get some boots for him, but I have no idea which to get. Country supply has some "Old Mac" boots on sale for like 98.00 a pair. But then there are also another pair, I don't remember the brand, but they were 15.00 a piece. I dont even know...

"I think the last one I saw that really got me was listed as a 3 year old "meyer". In this particular paper the ads are put in at random, so it was not in the horse or livestock section, and I'll admit it took me a minute to figure out what a "meyer" was And yes I think it is often the people...

    Classifieds

One thing I can't stand when I'm looking through the paper is an ad that says "two year old filly colt" or something like that. I drives me nuts. I have also seen a Gelding listed as a guilding, hehe, wonder what that is? What kind of classified mistakes have you seen?

Can a yearling reproduce if he's not dropped yet?

OK let me clarify this, I do not want to breed these colts. I have two colts, one is a coming yearling on the 31st (palomino), his half brother(red roan) is two weeks younger than him. The Palomino is fully dropped, but his brother isn't. They we're in with their mothers, only because we don't...

    StablePro Clippers

I took them back to State Line Tack and the people there were wonderful. I got every penny back. If I were showing, I would get the Double K's but our horses are just pets, so its impractical for us. well thanks nb

    StablePro Clippers

I bought a set of StablePros, intending to clip my mini colt with them. Well not with this piece of junk. I oiled them well, did everything I was supposed to and they will not clip. I clipped three 35" and up minis with handme down dog clippers better than than the StablePro. And the only reason...
