We are fairly new to minis - having had QH, Paint, Arabs, etc in the past. Is there any kind allowance for minis with one registered parent as far as hardship (either AMHA or AMHR) when the other parent is not registered with either?

I am curious how you got an 8 month old hardshipped with AMHA? When I read the paperwork it says the horse must be 3 yrs old ??? I have a filly I'd like to get registered but she is just a couple of months old. Thanks Lisa
