importing

I've been lurking on the LB forums for a few months now, but joined today so I could ask for everyone's advice. I currently own a regular 14hh Curly gelding named Sage (see my profile picture, or go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curly_Horse) but I am hoping to import a Curly Mini from France...
