30 Miniature Horses/Horses Seized in Mill City, Oregon

Just stumbled on this news (via Facebook)........The person named in the article wasn't familiar to me.

They say that several horses have Strangles, which means ALL could have it........And if their health is already in jeopardy, they have a tough uphill road to travel........
