Wow, she really does resemble a Belgian with the touchups you did. Loren looks so cute on the end of the lead. Next to the minis, I bet she does look big; and she's certainly stockier than the Arabians.

Love your pictures.

LOL I was going to post something about too bad they had to edit out her tail!!!! :bgrin LOL

She sure is pretty!!! I used to be in love with Haflingers...but the ones in this area have bad attitudes. I still like them, but I think I'd be looking far afield, at least from here anyways.

Are you going to ride or drive her?

Keep us updated with pics!!! I'd love to see how she is when she's full grown!!! How tall do you think she'll be??

I love the 3rd from the last one. hafs can be a bit much but you have a sweetie and she sure likes her boy! Geat pics.

Well, Catalina was pretty much ignored her entire life and was only weaned 2 weeks before we arrived in Ca. While we were there she had her feet trimmed for the first time ever and was also kind of halter broke. But, she loaded in the trailer like she had done it all her life. At our lay over she was stalled for the first time ever also and was fine with it. The next morning she loaded in the trailer again with no problem. We unloaded in the dark and she was a little excited, but I led her to her new pen without much trouble. Then 2 days later I shaved her head and neck. A few days after that I shaved her a little more and put a blanket on her. I have also been picking her feet up with some fighting, but not much. And Loren led her around for the first time yesterday and even got her to back up all by himself.

So all in all, I think I have a good one!! :aktion033:
