They don't actually send out letters any more. All they send is a letter asking if you want to advertise in the All Star issue of the Journal. That letter states that you can check your standings on the website, and if you don't have internet access you can write to them & ask for your placings. As I recall if you write for your placings you are supposed to provide the horse's info as well as as reservation for ad space. I don't think they want everyone writing in to ask for their placings, only those who want to pay for ads in the Journal.
As for the All Star certificates--I haven't received those yet. Last year's certificates were post marked Feb. 23rd but I can't remember when they arrived here. I'm hoping that my 2009 certificates will arrive in the next few days, and that they haven't been forgotten or mailed to the wrong person!
