The TSMHC usually does just the AMHA show on Sunday. But we added an AMHR show on Saturday this year. I was just wondering if the word has gotten out to all of the people that love to go to R shows?

I know with the price of gas, that somes people may have to cut out a show that involves a lot of driving.

Don't forget about the R show at the Butler farm show grounds on the 13th of May.

I was wondering about the Randolph show but didnt know how to get an entry. Do you know how many judges it is etc?? Im talking the amhr show.

Also is the Butler show rated?? That doesnt show on the amhr schedule and we are having a show that same day (may 13th) for the Buckeye miniature horse club

The Butler show is put on By North Allegheny. They have been having the AMHR show at the Butler (PA) show grounds for the past 3 years ( I think) they had it at North Park a few years before that. It is a nice show but it usually rains on that day. That is why they moved it so they could have an indoor areana.

The AMHR show at Randolph Fairgrounds, Randolph Ohio. has 2 judges.

Mike McCabe, Oh

Ray Randall, Mi,

the Pre endry deadline is April 29, so you need to get your forms mailed to save money.

The TSMHC also has an AMHR show at Meadville Pa, that is usually in July has been moved to an eariler date. 18 July, the judges for this one are

Roger Daulton, OH

Vanessa Mullen, Fl

you can also get Entry Forms online at www.winectryhorseshows.com

Sorry, if I confused you.

The Butler N. Allegheny show is in Pa. I don't have a web site for them.

The site I listed was for the TSMHC shows , and the deadline is the postmark of that date, not received by that date. Since this is a new show for us (AMHR) in Ohio I am not sure how many people will be coming.

but if i cant get an entry i cant mail it in?? I went to that site and there are no entries. but i have had a very long hard day so maybe im just not seeing it lol

i want an entry for the randolph ohio amhr show

thanks deb

okay i think i found it LOL yep long day

Libby (Mistyrose) and I are planning on going to both days. I was going to skip the 'r' day, but heck since we are making the trip, why not? I am taking my green driving horse for the experience as sadly, there are never enough driving horses at this show.

If all goes as planned we will be there for the AMHR shows, I am not sure how many horses we will be bringing since we sold our aluminum slant horse trailer as of tomorrow and have a new miniature horse gooseneck trailer ordered and should be done in six weeks. We will be hitching a ride with one of our local miniature friends to get to the 3 local shows, Butler, Randolf and Meadville until the new trailer arrives. At least we can share expenses of the of fuel traveling together instead of taking two trucks and trailers plus living a few miles away helps too.

Hopefully the weather will start to warm up to get some of the guys bathed and clipped soon. Its been raining here alot and 28 degrees in the morning with heavy frost.

I am glad that Libby will be making the Randolph show. I will be bringing a horse we got from her. (Misty Rose Sgt Pepper), I know he is still very rough in the maners area but you have to start some where.

I can understand about the weather. It is still droping down into the low 30's at night so we are waiting until the last minute to clip ours. I know it will make them not look as nice. But I hate to see cold horses. We have blankets but it is just not the same in comfort.
