I have loved horses my entire life, have been in Miniatures for about 14 years or so. But I stay in miniatures almost for the people as much as the horses.
Today I received a gift out of the blue from a LB secret friend, although I have a great idea who it is, for my very, very special twin grandbabies, Riley and Blake.
For Blake there was a handsome pullover shirt with small horses on it, and a vest to match with a felt horse on the front. For Riley, a gorgeous pink button down sweater with several horses that had their mane and tail attached seperately and hanging down. Both are just beyond cute!
I miss them so much, the gift brought tears to my eyes as to think someone else was thinking of them as well. I can't say how much it meant to me and I can't thank you enough for being so special to me as well.
Mini horse friends are just beyond the best, sincerely.
As for the twins, Riley is doing great at nine months. She loves her new found voice and yells all the time, just to hear herself. She is crawling and pulling herself up and is in to everything. Her curiosity is out of control!! Blakey still isn't rolling over or much of anything else. He goes to physical therapy once a week and that is helping him. It's just going to take time. He should have his heart surgery in the next few months. He is back on some medication and is taking shots to help prevent other things as they prepare for this next round. Both are very happy babies and such a joy.
