Mare Stare Cares is a newly formed organization (in process of becoming non-profit) that is dedicated to assisting with unexpected and emergency medical bills for equine. We don't want anyone to have to choose between helping their beloved animals or putting them down.
We have been able to help 4 farms so far, and while our help hasn't been "tremendous" it was been a blessing to those in need who are worried about their medical bills.
We have had a TON of items donated which are listed in our online store, and we have many fund raisers ongoing all the time. We just held our first Horse Ball Bingo which was a HUGE success and it was alot of fun because we showed it live on cam from here at Mulligans Run Farm. We have mystery baskets that are raffled off each month and have just had 15 stallions services donated along with a full size colt and two boer goat babies (when they're born).
We are very excited about all this and we want to share. Our store is overflowing with things that are very reasonably marked and we have just had MINI items donated from Double Diamond Tack. We have some Mini Hay bags and some neck sweats. More items are being donated everyday and all of them so far have been brand new.
This is a wonderful place to do your Christmas Shopping and benefit a wonderful cause as well.
