Any one else had issues with Sugar Rock Farm

Hi

I am fairly new to minis - and decided to place an order on line for a few of the basic items that I might need to start training for poss showing at some point down the road.

I placed an order with Sugar Rock Farm back on March 13th, payment made thru paypal that day and have not seen any items.

have emailed them twice with no reply... I don't want to cause trouble but was wondering if anyone else has had the same experance with this company?

I'd contact them again and send a copy of the paypal recipt. I'd call them as well, as many times until you get some answeres on what the problem is.

Yes, and they won't answer their phone......or call back if messagesare left...our experience!

Hi There, I am not making an excuse for them, however Bryan Pugh has had a heart attack and has not been doing real well!! I talked with his wife and he has been in and out of the hospital.

This may be the cause for delay. or maybe not!! Just thought you would like to know.

I had always used them with great success, and then my last order never arrived for weeks, and there was a similar thread on here from others that didn't recieve their order. I emailed 2 times with no replies. Finally all of the sudden one day in the mail was my package. It just took about six weeks, which was very unuaual, I've had things sent to me in 3 days previously. So not sure what the deal is whether it's health or poor business, but will likely be taking my business elsewhere unless I hear that things have gotten much better at Sugar Rock.

I wanted to ad an update - I filed for a paypal refund and it was granted.

I don't know what's going on with him but the following (bottom) was his reply to the paypal acct questioning. I felt it right to put his reply on here so his part can be heard too.

I wish it was a better outcome but now at least I can go get the same items elsewhere.
