I asked my vet and he didn't seem to know of any. Had my vet out for my mare that SEEMED to have foundered. This was almost a year ago. We treated her with small amounts of bute and stomach medicines. He did the hoof testers and said he wasn't sure that maybe it was bad thrush. Treated her with almost a full bottle of Coppertox. Still she limps. My farrier thought that she hadn't foundered either. That maybe she had gotten kicked. So what I would like to try and see if she needs an adjustment. She varies in how much she limps, from almost not at all to a medium bad limp. And to me, it almost seems higher up and to move toward her back end. So if anyone can recommend one in the Olympia area I would appeciate it. Thanks!!!!

Hi Kim! I have used one who I really liked...and he makes house calls rather than you having to take your horse to them:) His name is Dale Pearson. He was recommended to me by my vet...she works with him quite a bit. He was very quiet and gentle with my mare and she seemed really comfortable with him. I'll have to search around for his phone number though...or I'll give my vet a call tomorrow and let you know. There is another one that some people in this area have used...but I'lll have to ask again. You did have to haul to their office though.

Hi Kim,

You might try this guy...... Several people in the area up around the

barn have used him on their full size horses and were very happy with

the results.
