ASPC reg Q

I tried calling ASPC, but they were already gone for the day......anyway I bought a new pony and her papers are the new ones with pics.....Do I need to take new pics when I send in the transfer papers?

I know I dont have to for AMHR.

You don't need to send pictures if they already have pictures on their papers..
