There is nothing that clips like Double K....that should be their slogan (if it isn't already!). By far Double K's are the most popular choice - and MY choice too

I have some whimpy andis cordless arco clippers that are great for doing the head and detailing too.

I have a set of the Andis AG - 2 speed - clippers and they work just fine! I've had them for about 6 years now with no problems

Got them at Petsmart.

I love Laube's. I just bought a pair of mini Lazor laube's last year. They are super nice! Small enough to get around the crevices of legs and such, but powerful enough to get the job done. Be sure which ever clipper you find to get one with a high RPM. I started out in minis with Wahl Chromados. They are great for detailing, but absolutely suck at body clipping. They just can't do the job. Paid like $150 for them too. So just save your money and get a good clipper. Double Ks or Laube's are the best two. I like Laube's becuase they don't have that huge cord you like Double Ks. But quality wise, they are both great. Posting on the sale board or watching Ebay would be a great place to get a used pair for a bit cheaper. My first pair of Laube's were actually rebuilt at a clipper shop. Bought them directly from the clipper guy for $100. So check out clipper shops too as they get trade ins and such a lot.

I LOVE my Double K's but I don't like doing Ears with them as they're a bit cumberson so I bought a little pair of clippers to go around the ears and eyes. I'm hoping they work as I haven't used them yet. TJ
