Does CMHR have brochures or pamphlets that we can hand out to the local sheriffs office? I was told the minis rescued the other night we're turned over to people that showed up with trailers, who they were we don't know. I'd like to go around and let them know we are here for the minis and have a huge network that can handle these minis.
Heres the story that they ran:

More Horses Rescued In Upshur County
Dozens more starving horses are rescued today from an Upshur County ranch. The ranch's owner voluntarily turned over the miniature horses and today, rescue workers were picking them up. The horses will have to be put into quarantine for healthcare and feeding. Then, later, they will be put up for adoption.
If you're interested in taking in some of the animals, call Safe Haven Equine Rescue at 903 - 241 - 5451. Bob Hallmark bhallmark@kltv.
I did call and am waiting to see if the minis are really gone or do they still have them. Denise
