cam speed?

I am just getting ready to hook up to marestare and am wondering what cam speed you use and why? Is it always best to use the FAST or can you use the MEDIUM and get the same quality?

Rich and Heather are good at that, I let them figure out which one was best for me, heck I had no clue if I did I would be the tech not them. Right.
