We've had some more horses come into CMHR today. Update later!!! This situation is deplorable with these minis and the condition we are finding them in. This just isn't in one state but I can assure you it is a problem all over the US.
We are getting some fantastic items sent to help CMHR with the mini's that are in our care and are coming in.
