Where are the best places to find #10 Ceramic clipper blades for Laube clippers?

Mine is the 505 cordless Laube Lazor clipper. I got it about 8 years ago.

Thanks,

Susan O.

I like the reguar laube blades and I usally buy them from sstack.com

I have had bad luck with the ceramic blades. If you drop them they break very easily. Plus, the place where I take my blades said they can't be sharpened. They did last for several body clips, but for that price, I have to be able to have them sharpened.

I sure kicked myself for not buying some of them when Schneiders had them for $18.50. The price jumped to $30.95 and now they have discontinued them. I did find them at another place--Jeffers I think?but they were also $31 or $32 there. I didn't buy them at that price--I just went back to the ordinary Laube CX blades. I got those from Schneiders, but by the time I paid postage, and taxes, they cost me over $30 each. Right after I got them I discovered that a place in BC had them on sale for $24.95...would have been cheaper for me to buy them there.

I love the ceramic blades, I usually get the andis ones. They do not heat up like the others and go though a lot more hair before they have to be sharpened. The problem is getting them sharpened and the only place I've found that can do it correctly is Hoss' Clipper House.

I heard he's not doing well, but I haven't talked to Peggy lately.

Have you heard anything Kelly ?

The Andis ones would also fit the Laube's, right?

And thanks for all this info from all of you!

No phone number offhand, but the website is www.edentackandtails.com A couple days ago when I looked the blades were still at that price. (I've bought stuff there before & been happy with the service.)

Yep, any of the A5 type blades will fit.

I have an Andis double speed, Laube and Double K and the blades are all interchangeable.

Donnie is doing great right now. He was sick for awhile, but he is back up to speed now. I talk to him every few days, just got through doing a website for him: Hoss' Clipper House

Dot and Donnie are such wonderful caring people, and he really does an awesome job on the blades. Thanks for asking about him, he will be pleased to know people care
