I don't mean to start anything here, I just wondered if the Journal has gone out because I didn't receive mine yet and I've never had any problems with it before. Thanks.

Bumping this up as i am wondering as well, i know there were some personal issues and i am in no rush to receive it, but wondering as well

I know a couple weeks back it was not out yet due to having to change placings etc. But I havent heard in a couple weeks. I would think it would be soon though. No fault of the Journal

I'm particularly anxious to see it and Destiny pictured regarding his big win. It will be an issue I'll be saving

The Dec '08/Jan '09 issue of The Journal was delayed due to legal matters relating to the results from the 2008 AMHR National Show. Several sections, ads, and designed pages had to be redone several times as a result of the handling of these matters. The delays caused the issue to miss our original and then rescheduled press dates.... although our loyal printing facility worked deligently to slip us in despite being heavily booked. This issue should start hitting mail boxes very soon.

So if this is the issue that was suppose to be here in Dec, will Feb. issue be here soon as well?

Looking forward to seeing the December issue and the following issue of the Journal

Oh, you mean it's not a 'Canada Post' issue??

That's too bad....I'm already cheesed off with Canada Post, yet again.....

Thanks for taking the time to explain, Amy. I can continue to wait patiently for it to arrive. I'm just glad it didn't get lost in the mail or something!

That is good to hear I didnt miss it. I was late getting my membership in. I sent it in on the 15 when the stallion reports were do. I was afraid I miss an issue!

Amy,

Thanks for always being so friendly and helpful, even when we advertisers are not as diligent as we should be with our ads. And thanks for always going the extra mile to get a great magazine out to us all even when I am sure it seems like the sky is falling at your office.

The mailing list for the Dec/Jan book was prepared at the normal time in December. The mailing of this particular issue is based on the 2008 memberships ... just as it would have been had it been mailed on time. If you were getting your 2008 subscription accurately late in the year, your Dec/Jan book should arrive as well.

The mailing list for the Feb/Mar book will be run at the normal time for it as well ... early in the latter half of February.

Geesh, can ya tell we all have the "winter blahs" and we need a "show fix". Even if it's just pictures in a magazine!
