Since I'm no longer inundated with little Poodles I decided to change my forum name to reflect the return of my focus to Miniature Horses, so envypoodles is now mininik.

I guess I should also take this time to let you all know that I'll be leaving Arid-zona (again) for the Pacific NorthWET. I'll be flying up to Seattle the evening of March 4th with my buddy, a Toy Poodle named Phillipe, before heading to our new home in Naches, WA. If everything goes as planned I'll be working with wonderful Syndi & Les K. of Triple Heart Ranch Training Centre and starting college in hopes of becoming a veterinary technician. I'm really looking forward to the possibilities, getting back into the showring, seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Unfortunately, I probably won't have much Internet access after my move but I'll be sure to stop in now and then and as always in my absense I will keep you all close to my heart.

I am so glad it all worked out for you and you will be closer now - things will get better and I want to tell you (the mom part in me) you have grown so much and come thru so much, I know it wasnt always easy listening to me lecture you, and of course being right (like us moms are so many times

) but it has really been great watching you grow up these past few years and for what it is worth.. I am VERY proud of you and the woman you have become!

LOL! I was living in Florida last year, remember, Whitney? I know you weren't calling me POODLES then but I'll let it slide here on the forum. :lol: I might eventually head south again, but it's tough when your heart tries to pull you all over the SW, NW and SE United States (and the Keys are ALWAYS calling)!

Well best of luck in your new adventure. Will likely see you at shows as well since I know Syndi is at a lot of the shows we go to, as well, so it will be nice to say hello.

I usually recognize people by their horses and if you're the same, right now I show a silver dapple gelding and a black bay filly, maybe a grulla one, too!

Hope you can check in here from time to time, too, but it will be good to have you up here in the NW!

You know Nikki, Naches does have internet connection! You have to have someone go on the roof and lick their finger and hold it in the wind but on a clear day you can connect. LOL

Syndi has a computer and I am sure she will let you on it to check in. Let us know how things are going. I will probably meet you soon after you arrive as Syndi and I have a day trip planned for the following weekend.
