I'm glad you didn't have to make the decision to abort her though, I don't know what I would have done in that situation either(especially since you had just felt her kick). I just pray that Fancy recovers fully and quickly! Now I worry about my mares and Salmonella......we always have wild geese in our pasture, never thought about the diseases they might bring.
