Could you guys click the link to my website in my signature and tell me if the link is working for you?

Its working on my computer when i click it, however, i know others have had trouble getting to my website below. My sister tried going to it on her computer (direct link, not through signature below) and said its not working buts its working on my computer.

Thanks, its in my signature

It works fine for me too, but the problem may have been the server, as I was in another free webs site earlier this afternoon and it was giving me the "not found" page message too, so likely was a FreeServers problem.

This morning its working on and off for me, i was planning on upgrading it to an actual domain name this winter, however, that is officially getting moved to the top of my priority list this week!

Quick Q for those who might know the answer this question. If we already have a FREE freewebs website and we UPGRADE to say www.GreenCreekMiniatures.com ....does it just change the link to my FREE website or do we have to build one all over agian? I feel a headache coming on :DOH!

if you upgrade then your website should look just like it does now under the new url you ordered.

but who knows, some companies work in mysterious ways

It's working for me now, too. Maybe the server was having issues before?

As to how it works when you purchase a domain name, I would think you'd want to transfer it from the free site. You can buy a domain and direct it to whatever URL you want (as I recently did to "save" an issue where my domain was misprinted in a magazine). But, if it's going to a free service, I don't know if that service allows something to redirect there (??? over my head).

Might want to check out godaddy.com. That was what I used to purchase the mispelled domain name (and also www.whinnyforme.com just in case). They seem really cheap and I think they offer hosting as well.

It's working for me. I agree with Mona.....I was having issues with my website back a couple of weeks ago for a time there....they were switching over to Beta and were having server problems. I was started to get a little hot under the collar as I had already done up all my business cards and all for the craft fair. Seems to be working ok for now.
