I need to invest in a new pair of fencing pliers. Would welcome all opinions on what type to purchase. Thanks

Since both hubby and I have been known to "Plant" tools in the fields, I keep it simple and inexpensive to replace. I have a kit with a pair of regular blunt nose pliers, a pair of cutting pliers, needlenose, a flat screwdriver, and a hammer. I always buy lifetime guarantee hand tools, like Craftsman. Well worth the price versus the flea market tools that break while you are in the middle of a fix, leaving you in a fix!

It is easier for me to have one tool that does it all - and I cannot imagine not having a fencing tool/pliers around!

My newest one came from Home Depot - not sure of the brand...

Ditto! Wouldn't be without my fence pilers, we actually have several, since they sometimes get "lost".
