ALZHEIMER'S' EYE TEST

Count every "F " in the following text:

FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE

SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTI

FIC STUDY COMBINED WITH

THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS...

(SEE BELOW)

HOW MANY ?

. 3?

WRONG, THERE ARE 6 -- no joke.

READ IT AGAIN !

Really, go Back and Try to find the 6 F's before you scroll down.

The reasoning is:

The brain cannot process "OF".

Incredible or what? Go back and look again!!

Anyone who counts all 6 "F's" on the

first go is a genius.

Three is normal, four is quite rare!

Send this to your friends.

It will drive them crazy! And keep them occupied for several minutes

I don't know about being a genius, BUT... I did count six on the first try.

I know I'm no genius, but I counted six the first time. I've always done well with language arts, just don't give me a math question

Edited for spelling considering I said I was good at language arts.

I found 6 but then again I proofread all of my essays and I've learned to take it one at a time if I am going to get it right.

Yep 6 here too but I learned to proofread by reading the sentence in reverse. It makes you concentrate on correctness of each word rather than letting your mind go on autopilot and fill in the blanks.

I have an unusual habit of reading upside down and have done it for as long as I can remember. For some reason it helps with comprehension especially when having to read dull, complex or technical material for work. Too bad my computer screen can't be flipped! Maybe it's some type of dyslexia.

Too funny, I also learned to proofread in reverse! When doing this test, however, I read it correctly the first time then reread each letter individually, keeping track of every 'F' with my fingers.

I found 5, then went back and sure enough I was skipping one of the of's. :new_shocked:

I've also been able to read upside down and backwards for as long as I can remember. I love to do word search puzzles. :aktion033:

I guess I needed spell checker. LOL
