Footman's loop

A driver I know wants to add a footman's loop to her Jerald runabout. I checked the forum and found one source. Can't remember where I got mine (maybe from Jerald). Anybody have suggestions where to buy them?

Tractor Supply. On the hardware wall. They look like miniature screen door handles. They are called strap loops. 99 cents.
