Actually we're heading for a melt over the next couple of days. Of course that will probably be followed by another storm of white stuff... :DOH!

default_biggrin.png
It was actually pretty warm today, I think it reached 42.
default_wacko.png
it is supposed to sleet and freezing rain tonight and tomorrow.....all I can say is, I am looking forward to black flies and mosquitoes.

Oh man, that borders on cruelty.

Actually wouldn't that be fun to do my living room like?...haha.....Caribbean, tropical...with sand?.....oh ok, only fun until the kittens arrive...haha....then it would be one huge litterbox.

The pics do make me wish summer were here already though.

Ugh you went over the edge!!

Nah, just kidding, although you make me desparatly want to go to the Bahamas!

Well I see how you are
default_wacko.png
We had a nice white out with 3 inches of snow this afternoon.

Just remember that in the summer when you can't go barefoot outside or burn the bottoms off your feet or go outside because it is so hot you start sweating immediately and need to drink a pitcher of ice tea to replenish yourself.

US UP NORTH people will be nice and comfortable and not living behind a air conditioner but outside enjoying sunshine, gardening, having fun and having a grand ole time

Besides that the snow gives us a reason to escape and come down south once in awhile

That being said, we have bugs right now and I have to clip horses which I hate.

No fair, wish I was there. My parents are going to Florida next week. They leave on Valentines Day. Now if I had the money I would go with them. They are driving down. :DOH! Anyone want to buy a mini so I can go to Florida with my parents too.

I am packing my bags and am on my way down!!!!

We haven't had a bad winter at all like others have experienced, but would still love to sit down, relax and enjoy the view!!!

Driving down???? Are they crazy? We're going to Road to the Horse in Tennessee and we're flying and renting a car and it will be cheaper than driving.

My door is open

. I have no guest bedroom but my parents do who are right next door.

Yep they are driving down. My dad use to be a truck driver so nothing new to him by driving down. They are staying with friends in Florida so won't cost much other than their gas and if they go shopping, etc. My mom said if I had the money I could go with them but don't have the money unless I sell a mini inbetween now and February 13th. I have been to Florida before. I went to Panama City Beach.

You ARE evil! It looks very nice..I would love to live in FL in the winter and then come back up to Michigan for the summers (we do have very nice summers here, no humidity and in the 80-90s). As a matter of fact, that is our plan when we retire...just 12 more years to go.

The palms look great, I will say though, I hate FL in the summer, entirely too much humidity/heat for me, but it sure is nice in the winter!

Aww so cruel!!!!

Just got 4 inches yesterday but it has warmed up to 35 today..

I'll edit that to say 4 MORE inches

LOL!

Spent most of my life up north. Thanks but no thanks. FYI, last summer, on average, we were 5-10 degrees cooler than you up north. Right now its 77 here!
