Got Rear Ended

Do I have a great big target on my backside? For a while it was happening every 4-6 months. I went with my sister in law yesterday and BOOM!!! We had stopped and she didn't. Luckily it was a very low speed hit so no one was injured. It didn't even pull on our seat belts. It broke the tail light but we really don't think the lady had insurance. However, she has made arrangements for my sister in law to take her car in Monday and get it fixed. I was kind of mean and the first thing I said to the lady was "Are you stupid or what?" Not very nice. Things calmed down fast and arrangements got made. No doubt she will get tagged on the no insurance thing. Thats $500 from the DMV. She (the other lady) dodged a ticket from the police because since no one was hurt, they did a report after we got home.

Glad you werent hurt. Maybe you need to paint your car flourescent pink or something? I know my dodge truck is nearly invisible too *-)

Actually, she wasn't on the phone. Because she wouldn't have had time to hide it. She did dig it out of her purse so she could call work (she was on her way to work). I didn't even hear loud music. She just wasn't paying attention. My oldest brother called me to ask me if I had a magnent in my butt since I get rear ended if I am passanger or driver. I did say that if my truck gets rear ended I am going to buy a Hummer and paint it Hot Pink. Steph and I are supposed to take her car to the ladys Brother in Law (he has a body shop) to get the car fixed today. We will see.
