I have been a mom for almost 5 years. I know that I'm a rookie (to the extreme) as I haven't had children in school and I haven't had teenagers or young adults yet, but I am so tired of all the condemnation and criticism we endure. Especially from people who don't have a clue! So I created a group (much to the chagrin of my FB friends I'm sure lol).
I need a place to discuss methods of success in parenting. Before I had kids there were things I thought I'd never do. Pick up a magazine on parenting or set my kids in front of the tv. A few of those things I didn't do at first...
Those of us that are parents are in the struggle for good, so my heart just bursts with the necessity of creating this group.
