First Rabbit, nope its not a boxer pup.

THis is my new addition. THey were calling him Jack. Im not sure if he will keep that name or if I will change it. So name suggestions welcome.

He is a Aug. 15 pup. I have been looking for a buddy for MItzy for awhile. I wasnt gonna go with another puppy but decided after all that is the best way to go. I really like him, and I partly got him because he has a fault. He has a degree 1 luxing petellas. Which they wont do anythign about as they said that is as milded as it gets and 90 some % of them out grow it. If he doesnt then we will have to help him fix it. But I didnt want the little begger to not get a home or get a bad home because of it. So since he is just a pet I decided he was it.

Him and Mitzy play non stop. I do have to get after her once in awhile as she can be a bit rough and is about 3 tims the size he is. BUt they get along great. He is doing well so far. He picked up how to walk on the lesh in just a few trys. I had to buy him a doggy sweater thou as its so cold out and his little boy gets cold. I take him out about every half in hour but he only pees about every 2 hours. I have to interupt there play time to take him out most of the time. He started to poop in the house this morning but I told him no and picked him up and took him out. He stoped and then finished outside. He seems to be a pretty smart boy.

I figured it will work good now as I have 4 days off to settle him in. THen I have a day off work next week as I was shall we say, I got in trouble at work. THen I have a half a day friday. He really is a neat boy. Of coarse my family thinks im nuts to get a second dog but I do think its good for Mitzy as well. There both just as hyper.

So here is baby Jack or?????

I forgot to add. He even took to the kennel really well. HE hasnt whinned, cried or barked since he has been here. He slept in the kennel last night after some play time, and I woke up about 4 to take them both out potty.

Mitzy cried alot when I first got her.

AWW!!! I was right!!! He is a puppy! He's SOO cute!!! Can't help you with the name, I think Jack suits him, but good luck with that!

Congrats he is adorable and they look like they are having fun.

I must have missed something I thought i read you were going to give her up while you went to school

Due to issues with work im not going to school. And plus if I went to school and to give her up, I wouldnt have gotten her back.

Hehe thats a good one. I will have to see how old he needs to be to fix him. If they wont do it now or soon, I guess I will need to get Mitzy dog in to get fixed so he dont get any ideas.

They will both be fixed was just waiting on Mitzy until she was a bit older.

He is takeing a nap now as she dont stop with Mitzy and gets to worked up. Plus it was his feeding time.

We had one accident this morn but he is still doing good. He is so quiet you dont ever hear him.

Anybody know how they are for house breaking?

Awwwwww, I really have never cared for JRT's but every once and awhile, there comes along a good one, and he looks like a good one!!!

Two dogs beat the heck outta one, espically when you do it the way you did, giving one time to bond with you, then getting the other. Have fun, just watch the running away/eating small animals thing. The are terriers, and so get bored Very easily, but Mitsy should take care of that!!

He's wonderful, and they are so cute together! It looks like the beginning of a wonderful friendship.

It sounds like you're on a great track for housebreaking. Terriers are SO smart and stubborn -- it sounds like he already has the idea, and crate training is excellent. We have problems with our Yorkie's "mad pooping" -- he knows that he's supposed to do it outside and can hold it, but if we go out and leave him in, he'll poop every time out of spite...

Have fun with him! I love that ornery little terrier personality -- always amazing to meet someone more bullheaded than I am!

OHHH, he is so cute!

I'm not a JRT person because they have about 10x the energy I do! But they are adorable and SMART! Stubborn, too!!! He should be a great companion for you and Mitzi and will definitely give you plenty of laughs

He is so cute!!!

HE already dominates over Mitzy. HE has a bigger growl then she does.
