Horse Illistrated Mini Horse Article last Sept.!

I didn't see the article until a friend dropped the September issue off for me to read.... It was wonderful! And the magazine gave the miniature horse PAGES with lots of pictures of QUALITY minis!

They interviewed representatives from both AMHA and AMHR so just about all of their facts were straight.....for a change!

It was like a wonderful breath of fresh air! Wow.

Did anyone else see this? Or did I miss a previous post about it? If so, sorry for the repeat...

PS: The front cover of the "Horse Illistrated" magazine is also a head shot of a mini! I laughed because - except that the horse is pinto - it reminded so much of our little stallion, "Sooner State Raider Light" !

I saw this edition of H.I., thought it was very well done.

And I'm so glad that these wonderful creatures are getting the attention they so deserve.

I thought the artical was OK. I've been really disappointed by the pull out posters laterly. The better pics are usually the 1/2 page ones. I totally think that the 1/2 page one in the Mini Artical should have been the full sized poster.

I really liked the pull-out. Probably in no small part due to the fact that I know the horses -- they belong to Abby Conder / Conder Minis in Summerfield (Ocala) FL. The filly in the photo, "Jolene", is just so sweet!.
