I just had to share because I am so proud of my "kids"! We had a total of ten horses at the show this wkend.

Maple Hollows After Dark (Bob) got junior reserve champion under two out of three judges and then went on to get Reserve Grand Champion stallion under the same two judges. There were so many nice horses so the classes were really tough!

Maple Hollows Black Pearl (Pearl) got a first and two seconds in model mare and a first, second, and third in Amateur mares.

Maple Hollows Bodacious Babe (Babe) got a second in the yearling mare class, this was another really tough class there were some awesome fillies!

Maple Hollows Flash of Fireworks (Ellie) wasnt quite fit enough for the show so she didnt stand much chance over the taller fit mares.

Lakeviews Diamond Gal (Diamond) got two sixth places in the yearling mare class, a friend showed her for me and she was having trouble getting her to calm down and stand up, this was the mares first show and right before the horse went into the ring a kid ran screaming up behind her and she freaked out and scraped her hocks a little, so she was really freaked out.

Maple Hollows Whoz My Daddy (Junior) got one third place in yearling stallions.

Thanks for letting me share, it was a lot of fun and most of the horse behaved so well that I was shocked, but super happy!

I am worn out just reading this!! I hope you had lots of help! I took 4 to one show and was worn out!

Congratulations of the placings! They all did great and sounds like you had a successful show! I especially like Pearl and Destiny.

Congratulations _ I saw your farm there as I walked through barns to get to the bathroom, but was so busy I didn't stop to introduce myself! Maybe we will cross paths again!

Thanks!!! Lol yea I clipped the top five horses that I actually own and helped my mom clip hers which ended up being a lot of them because her clippers broke, then I showed Junior for her and she showed Ellie for me and her neighbor had some there so she showed Diamond for me. I got my five ready for the classes and mom got her five ready so it was pretty easy, we just had friends of ours help us lead all five mares over to the ring so we wouldnt have to run our butts off!!!

Good job and they all look great

Thanks, and yes it was a lot of work but it was well worth it! I am planning on taking more to the June show so I am going to be exhausted by then!!!

No I hate to say it - I show ponies, don't have any minis to show yet. I was the one who almost bit the dust in the arena with her Show Pony. Loved that arena!

Congratulations on your placings, your horses looked so nice! And I have to say I saw you quite often and don't think I ever saw you without a big smile or grin! It was evident you were having fun! Lavonne

That is too bad, I could hook you up with some minis if you want

! I didnt get to see you try to hit the dust, I was probably trying to get horses ready at that point lol. It probably would have really hurt to fall in that arena, it was so hard and there were a lot of rocks!

Congratulations!!! Your horses look very nice

. I loved watching Gambler too! He looked great!

I will have to say, it was a fun show. I have never attended this one and glad I was there this year. It was fun showing with you and visiting in the hold area. We also did fairly well. Received a jr. reserve champ. with our 2 yr. old 30" gelding(first timer), a senior reserve champ. with our 3 yr. old mare (first timer). She didn't like being there. And finally a 3rd in my very first driving class. 12 in the class. To much fun!!!!!! I couldn't have done it without the help and support of Lavonne, Marcia, and Robby. dionne

You really did have a great show! Congratulations!! I have a lot of respect for someone that can get that many ready to show, and do it so successfully.

Congratulations!
Thanks!!!

It was a great show especially since so many friendly people showed up! I missed watching your gelding show

, I dont think I even saw him. I did see you get your third in driving though and of course your senior reserve since I was in the classes with you! It is always great to have help isnt it! I just rounded up whoever I could find at the time for holding horses and such.

Thanks!!!! It felt great since I wasnt thinking I was quite ready yet and with some of them I still wasnt but at least a couple did good, it lets me know that I am doing something right lol!

This was a very fun show and there was a good number of horses too!

We only took 4, which is enough with 3 of them being driving horses.

Congrats!
