Hi Samantha,

Thank you for wanting to be a part of CMHR and help the horses. When you go to the website, you will be able to download the applications for the areas that you would like to volunteer for. We will need a membership application and then if you would like to fill out the foster, adoption and/or State Coordiantor applications, that would be great too. You do not have to have a membership number to fill out the other ones. Once you have the required references, photos and paperwork completed, just mail everything in to me!
