I never nap during the day, I stay up till 10 or 11 at night, yet once I wake up, if it's 1 or 3 or whatever, that's it, can't get back to sleep. I keep thinking of everything I could do outside if it were light. I'm actually afraid of the dark but don't admit it to often. Thank heavens for this computer and tv! I can't wait for the nights to get shorter! Waiting for the little spring birds to start chirping -----

OH, I just thought you were on Mare Stare Marnie! I am sorry you can't go back to sleep  sometime I do that too, but I am an early riser and have always been that way since I was very young, but the problem now is that because I am older now I tend to stay up later than I used too and have to get up earlier 4:00am -4:30am because of work and my Hubby being a Farmer, so I tend to get tired more easily now. I used to got to bed around 9:00pm at the latest and now I stay up until 10:00pm or 11:00pm and even later sometimes and I have trouble falling asleep sometimes now  so that makes it later at night before I finally fall asleep and having to get up so early really takes it toll by the end of the week so I try to sleep in a little on either Saturday or Sunday and will take a nap sometimes if I am really tired. Oh and I always think of things I have to do in the house and outside when I am laying there in bed! lol!

Haven't been sleeping much either. Maybe our internal clocks are as anxious for spring as we are
