Ok, if you all haven't seen the Documentary called "Super Size Me" written and directed by Morgan Spurlock.........
YOU HAVE TO SEE IT!!!
My Mother and I just watched it last night (it came out in 04'), and we were literally sitting on the sofa with our mouths agape with shock :new_shocked:
Being that I've always struggled with multiple eating disorders, and I always will, this opened my eyes even more than they already were.
For the last few years I've been learning about nutrition, and I'm now extremely health conscious, and almost a year ago I completely stopped eating refined sugars and refined carbs, and I've felt better than I have in years.
But watching this film......I cannot believe what I used to put my body through, and after seeing it, I know I will never abuse my body like that again.
You all really need to see this film. Especially if you have kids at home, in fact they should watch it too, but there are a few bad words here and there, the bad words are few and used more out of shock than anything else.
