INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE HORSE!

My Facebook memories tells me that today is the International Day of the Horse! And our wee horses are just as deserving of recognition as the big guys are. I'm so honored to have the privilege of homing and caring for our herd of beasties.
Jasmine, Falcor, Jose, Ritchie, Chai, Special and Phillippe the donkey as well.

I didn't realize we had a day of the horse. I googled it and it says we should read a book about horses to celebrate. Which sounds like a good idea to me, it's way too cold for me to want to celebrate with them. Maybe I can give them each a mouthful of alfalfa with dinner.
