AKS Miniatures is moving. Only 10 miles LOL but we are about 3 weeks from closing on our new farm. I am so excited and just a bit sad. I wish he could have been here to see it with me, but I know he is going to be watching over us. Audie always wanted a place where our horses would be in our own back yard. Well not only are they in the backyard, they will be right out the back door. I have so many people to thank for being there to support me over the last two years, without them I would have never made it this far. You all know who you are. They make my heart proud to have them as friends.

Thank you everyone, I am very proud and I know Audie is too. He would love this place. And yes Whitney it does have an indoor arena. Actually the current owner is a reining horse trainer and we laugh about being able to put my entire herd of 10 in the indoor if the weather is bad. It will also allow us to work horses in bad weather and clip if we need to. The wash rack is hot/cold water and there is a storage area in the back for over 300 bales of hay plus a large feed room. One of the huge pluses is there are three full bathrooms and then there is an electic hookup outside for a trailer or camper. Visitors welcomed. The barn has 7 stalls 12 x 12 each with mats. The land is great. I went out there when it flooded here on New Years Day and there was no water standing in the pastures or around the house.

Everything has worked so fast and so smooth with this deal (I only made my offer days before Christmas) that I just know it is meant to be. And kaykay, it actually appraised for more than the asking price (which isn't what I offered). I couldn't have built a place any more perfect for us. Oh and the great part for me is that Samantha is my partner and will be living there too.

So once we are set up and it gets warmer, party at my farm LOL.
