Oh, I was just reading the sale board and notice that you are in Canehill Arkansas, well I and my family, lived in Canehill for about 7 months, it was back in late 95 to summer 96, than we moved back to NH. It is such a beautiful little town with the nicest people. My husband worked for a plumber in town. I was wondering were about you are in Canehill? Is it still a very small town? It is so beautiful down there. Fond memories

: We were so fortunate to find this place....and last Tuesday we BOUGHT the hayfield surrounding 2 sides of the farm. We have 80 gorgeous acres here now :aktion033: .

We are actually south of Morrow (on TOP of Hale Mountain), not very close to Canehill, but you know how the postal system works, so we have a Canehill address

: Our next door neighbors all have Morrow addresses~LOL

Canehill is likely identical to the last time you saw it. I don't think it has had any significant growth recently...property prices, now that's something else! Within the next five years this area will be treated as another suburb of Fayetteville. This area is growing SO fast!

When we closed on the land Tuesday, I went online AGAIN to compare property costs....let's just saw I'm VERY glad the Seller didn't see what OUR bank appraised the land at :new_shocked: I can't believe how much it has gone up in the 10 months since we bought THIS place!!

We just love it here. I brought home our two oldest retirees tonight (26 and 37) and I think they wondered if they died and just missed it, it's horsey heaven here

I'm sure the horses are loving it.

We lived up on the mountain past Canehill, the sunsets were beautiful. I am so glad that everything has worked out for you.

We have our little farm up here of a little over 5 acres, and its a small town that is rapidly growing, we are just off the highway. But we are happy here for now, and when the kids grow up who's know's were we will end up. I would love to go back to Arkansas , even just to visit.

We couldn't even touch 80 acres up here, the prices are just crazy, we have 90 acres behind us that is for sale for a grand sum of $1,000,000.

I would love to see some pictures if you get a chance.
