Lavender for Fleas on dogs

Anyone try this?

The neighbor across the road is using Lavender Essential Oils to treat her dogs for fleas. They don't have not one flea on them and they are outside dogs, one has very long hair. And they also smell really nice! It really works on her dogs!

I bought some Lavender scent today but apparently I accidently bought the wrong stuff. I bought the lavender that you use for potpourri because when I got home and put my reading glasses on it said not to get on your clothing or near your skin.

I'm going to find out where to get the Essential Oils and give it a try.

Anyhow, just wondering if anyone has tried this?

Haven't used that one yet, but have used other natural solutions offered there. Just be careful using essential oils around cats...

I'm usually up well past 1 or 2 in the morning. If I have to I wake up at 8 to get to work by 9, otherwise I sleep in until 1 or 2 in the afternoon. It's only 10:30 here in WA... I'm doing laundry.

I read your post about your crazy week. Mine's been crazy, too. I split up with my boyfriend of over 3 years and have another couple weeks to close up my grooming business and pack for my move back to Portland.
