Three weeks ago, I ordered a rope halter and lead, from this site: horse rope connection. I should of received over a week ago. So last week, I began emailing them on where my order was? I got the..."Oh, we're so sorry, we are way behind, I will put a rush on it!". A week later, it still hasn't been done or shipped. I am now wondering if this is even an legit site. Does anyone know about this place? I am getting annoyed, at this point. I want what I ordered.

I've never ordered from this sight. I did order from a different site once (I can't remember what it was called) and payed and everything, but the item never came in the mail. I ordered them last spring. Good luck, I hope they send it out soon! If you live far away it takes longer to ship.
 
Thanks...they are suppose to be in AZ and I am in OR, so it shouldn't of taken more than 3-5 days to get to me. I did email them again, and said if I don't get something within another week, I will be asking for a refund and will order someplace else.
 
They did email me back, said they will be sending me an email today, stating it was shipped...still waiting for that to happen.

Once they give you a ship date they will have to send it or it is considered mail fraud and they can get into big trouble. I had something similar happen with a silver show halter (full size horse) and it wasn't cheap. I ended up having to threaten them with mail fraud and forced them to express mail it to me overnight! I was sick of their games. Now, I will only buy from legit tack stores that I have an ongoing relationships with. I'm sorry you are going through this. If you paid with a credit card, get them involved.
 
Thank you, SampleMM, I still have yet to receive an email stating the tracking number, even though they said they would be sending me one, today. I think I paid with my PayPal.
 
They are also on Facebook. I think I would go to their facebook page and message them..They might be scared you would post bad comments if they don't send it...lol....Sometimes scare tactics work..

Oh, thank you, Peggy. Never thought to look there...will go post. I was nice at first, in my emails to them, but today I told them I have been patient enough. Just emailed them asking for my tracking number, since I was told I would receive one today. Been waiting for these things as the rope harness I have for Halo now, stretches way too much. I wanted one that wouldn't do that so much.
 
Just posted on their FB page. I should of ordered from someplace else. I hadn't joined this board at the time,so I had no idea. I would of ordered from someone that advertises here.

If you paid with PayPal you should have no trouble getting your money refunded--PayPal seems to be very buyer friendly. If you still don't hear anything from the seller...contact PayPal
 
Thank you, that was going to be my next step. This is getting tiring. Been trying all week to get some sort of satisfaction with this.
 
That is the main reason I try really hard to buy local. I like to touch before I buy, kinda funny that way.
 
I have ordered online for years...I think I only have had something like this happen may be one or two other times. There isn't any places that have mini rope halters around here. So no matter what, I would of had to order online.
 
Well, seems my post on their FB site, got them moving. I received a tracking number at 11 p.m. last night. Of course, it is with the USPS, so nothing it coming up for it this morning. I have never had them do very well on updating their tracking. It could take 5 days, but most likely 3, I will have to give it till next Thursday, to get here. Then I pray, it is actually what I ordered and it fits.
 
I think I should have been inclined to have asked for my money back/ claimed a refund through Paypal.....

They probably just got the shipping label and will ship on Monday..Glad it got their rear in gear..lol..
 
Yeah, if they hadn't given me a shipping number, then I was going to say refund...was trying to give them a benefit of the doubt, but I was sure getting sick of it all. I really need that rope halter here.
